We would like to share a brief update with you regarding the current situation of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the impact for our operations at Noble Gift Packaging Ltd.


We are constantly monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19 and our highest priority is the impact and well-being of our customers, our employees and their families. We fully understand the difficulty that the retail industry is going through at the moment and we will provide support where necessary.

 

Please be aware of the following information:

 

  • *Our fulfillment centre continues to function as normal and we are dispatching all orders as we receive them.

  • *We’ve always been very hygiene-conscious and we have also increased our efforts across the work place with extra sanitisers and anti-bacterial wipes, which are available in all working areas.

  • *Alcohol wipes are being used when opening packages to stop cross contamination of parcels that are being remitted.

  • *Additional cleaning has been instigated paying particular attention to sanitising doorways, handles, rest rooms and other work surfaces that people may touch frequently.

  • *Where possible, our team members are working from home and we have put a social distancing strategy in place within our warehouse and office space.

  • *We are remaining vigilant of the health of all members of staff and the development of any symptoms on an ongoing basis enforcing self-isolation where necessary.

  • *Our stock availability remains high.

  • *Our customer service team is on hand as usual to help with any queries you may have

  • *Business hours will stay the same
    (Monday till Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

  • *Our design and development team are available as normal.

  • *Our website is available for placing orders 24/7.

 

We are working closely with our carriers to continue to offer you the best possible delivery service, while also checking that they too are meeting the standards laid down in the government guidelines


At Noble Gift Packaging we have contingency plans in place to help us remain open for business as usual in these unprecedented times.
